Website Business Analyst, Edina Marketing Department

Description: Responsible for developing usability and business requirements for the edinarealty.com website, mobile applications and customer relationship management tools. You will work across multiple platforms to ensure established business requirements are delivered through design, development, QA and launch.

Primary responsibilities of this role include:
•    Work with business stakeholders, design and development teams to establish, write, and communicate business requirements that deliver best practice solutions. 
•    Ensure delivered products meet established business requirements through wire framing, prototyping, user testing and rigorous QA practices.  
•    Proactively solicit, analyze and prioritize consumer feedback and product enhancement requests to inform and establish product road maps.
•    Consistently provide Executive Level Performance Reporting via multiple analytics tools. Make ongoing recommendations to maximize lead generation opportunities, improve products and prioritize efforts.  
Requirements:
•    4+ years’ experience working with software and digital products that interact with a database
•    4+ years’ experience managing user experience and web design requirements via prototyping, wire framing and documentation  
•    Knowledge of full Google Analytics toolset 
•    Working knowledge of website technologies, Java Script, HTML and CSS  
•    Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently  
•    Effective analytical, research and problem solving skills 
•    Takes personal initiative toward professional development 
•    Bachelor’s or Associates’ degree in business or computer science, or equivalent related work experience 
Preferred:
•    Understanding of best practice search engine optimization strategies and tactics

Requirements:

•    Associate degree in legal studies, business administration or related field preferred.
•    Integrity, dependability, accuracy, flexibility and ability to organize, multitask and prioritize.
•    Demonstrated ability to research, process and present information on a wide variety of topics.

•    Strong oral and written communication skills.  Excellent grammar, punctuation and editing skills.

Requirements:

Description:
The Receptionist provides a variety of clerical functions that mainly involve answering of phones, greeting visitors to the office/department, the setting of appointments and light clerical support to management and/or office staff. Assignments are generally routine in nature and are carried out in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices, procedures and precedents.

Requirements: Knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of high school. Past receptionist and clerical experience of at least three months. Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business helpful. Ability to handle multiple line telephone console with courtesy and professionalism. Strong personal computer and keying skills. Typing speed of 45-60 w.p.m. preferred.
