My husband and I found ourselves in a position of needing to sell our home for a work move. We decided to build where we were going to live in ND. We first listed with another agent in late spring 2010, and after our house was started last fall, the showings of our home here fell off. I had come to the decision in mid-November maybe new blood was needed to get this moved and went with Sue. She took on this big task to get this sold, so we would not have to have a double close with a bridge loan and then permanent one when this was sold. She did get this accomplished for us (in a little over 2 months), so when our home was ready, in ND, this one was sold. We really appreciated her hard work and diligence in this, knowing full well time was of the essence for us and we still wanted a fair price in this hard market. With this sale she saved us allot of money, not only with no double close expenses, but supporting and the expenses of two houses.
